Welcome back to the war between vampires and werewolves...as well as the war between both species and humans that want to abolish anyone who is more than human. We have added a new aspect to the board. It is a special street in Paris, a place for anyone who is more than human to do any special shopping. It's a place where a vampire can get synthetic blood if they so desire...or for any of the species to pick up a potion to help them heal faster than normal...among other things that they might find there.

Also, just a reminder to the members to sign up on the technology section. We want our characters to be able to keep in touch with each other.

A New Beginning

Anastasia walked out into the garden area, the drink she had fixed herself only moments ago in her hand. This was by far her favorite place in the entire manor. She loved it here and she had so many memories. Most of those memories included Caleb and the thought of them brought tears to her eyes. But she refused to let his leaving effect her like that. She may love him and care deeply for him, but as of late their relationship had been a bit rocky. When he left to find himself she felt as if she wanted to die.

Caleb had sworn that he would come back but she knew that the two needed their space, needed to be apart for a while. Their last words were spoken in anger and Ana was upset about that as well. But she knew she couldn't stop him from leaving. She had pledged her love to this man so many times and yet he still insisted on playing around. He felt that if he wasn't with another vampire it was alright, it wasn't cheating on her. But that was not how she felt about it and she had tried to tell him several times.

She had felt that his love for her had faded over time even though hers did not. Her heart was breaking but she knew she had to be strong, she refused to show a vulnerable side in front of anyone else. If the werewolves thought that she was weak her entire coven would be in jeapordy and she would not allow that to happen...not again. She would not lose any more of her kind, her family, because of her emotions and feelings. And now with Robert back in town, she knew things would be different. She still held so much anamosity toward him for what happened, he was lucky he was still alive.

As she sat on one of the benchs and began to sip her wine, she looked around, knowing that everything was changing. She knew that this was just a new beginning for her.

Nikita walked out into the gardens and smiled. She had such a wonderful evening that ended in such a tasty meal that she felt she would not need anything for a while. As she walked a little ways into the gardens she noticed her oldest and dearest friend. Moving slowly, she couldn't help but to keep the smile on her face, at least until she noticed how upset Ana seemed to be.

"Ana, what is it? Is it Caleb again?" Nikita sat down next to Ana and looked at her. "Or is it the fact that Robert is back? Whatever it is you can talk to me." She knew that Ana had been so upset about Robert coming back and now that Caleb had left she was even more upset. Nikita couldn't believe that Caleb would just leave her the way he did after all they had been through. She didn't even think Caleb knew that Robert was in town.
